If cuci10 detects the existence of duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be closed immediately, all balances and wins will be forfeited, and the member will not be permitted to re-register in the future.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, IC or passport number, phone number, email address, and bank account details.
Inaccurate or false information will result in your account being suspended until verification is complete. cuci10 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by members.
You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members. cuci10 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.
Cuci10 accepts deposits via multiple local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is RM 20 for all payment methods.
All deposits are processed automatically and credited to your cuci10 account within 1 to 5 minutes. If the deposit is not received after 10 minutes, please contact our customer support with proof of transaction.
Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the same member's name. cuci10 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Cuci10 reserves the right to require full identity verification (KYC) before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified amount. This is a standard security measure to protect your account and comply with international anti-money laundering regulations.
All cuci10 bonuses and promotions are subject to their own eligibility requirements. Bonuses may only be claimed by members who meet the specified conditions, and cuci10 reserves the right to decline any bonus claim that does not satisfy the relevant criteria.
Each bonus has rollover requirements (wagering requirements) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. Rollover requirements are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. For example, a bonus with a 20x rollover means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal is allowed.
Any attempt to exploit the bonus system through low-risk hedging, multi-account coordination, or any other method deemed abusive is strictly prohibited. cuci10 reserves the right to cancel any related bonuses and winnings if exploitation is detected.

In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during an active game, cuci10 will restore the game state to the last valid state using server logs. Results recorded by the cuci10 server system are final.
